Always accepts entries whether or not it can sucessfully generate a key for the entry.

file - the file being loaded

dn - the distinguished name of the entry being loaded

entry - the entry attributes within the LDIF file

ctx - context to be used for loading the entry into the DIT

Returns:

true if the entry will be created in the DIT, false if it is to be skipped

javax.naming.NamingException
