      Lists the available SKUs supported by Microsoft.Storage for given subscription.
      Returns:
      the response from the List Storage SKUs operation as paginated response with PagedFlux.
      Throws:
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
