      Gets the list of Microsoft.Compute SKUs available for your Subscription.
      Parameters:
      filter - The filter to apply on the operation. Only **location** filter is supported currently.
      includeExtendedLocations - To Include Extended Locations information or not in the response.
      Returns:
      the list of Microsoft.Compute SKUs available for your Subscription as paginated response with PagedFlux.
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
