      object that includes an array of Azure Spring Apps SKU and a possible link for next set as paginated response with PagedFlux.
      Throws:
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
