public class UnaryPipeDocUploadService

Handles the unary UploadPipeDoc RPC.

Owns request-level validation, deterministic document-id derivation, Tier 1 config resolution, and ownership stamping, then delegates admission to PipeDocAcceptanceService. Failures are normalized to a client-safe IntakeException: the response carries the curated message (never a raw exception/upstream string), and every accept/reject is recorded + emitted via IntakeOutcomeRecorder exactly as the HTTP surface does.
