UUID key extractors for the intake event types, auto-discovered by the quarkus-apicurio-registry-protobuf extension and used to key each record for Kafka partitioning + dedup.

Keys are always deterministic — never random. A key is derived from stable message content (a UUID field if one is present, otherwise a UUIDv3 of the natural id), so the same document always lands on the same partition and redeliveries dedup. If no id is available the extractor throws, per the UuidKeyExtractor contract — it never invents a random key.
